I posted a few months back about these issues and still haven't been able to fix the problems. The first one is regarding my foglights. My foglights stay on when the key is OUT of the ignition and the lights are off. The button doesn't do anything to turn them off so I've had to remove the fuse so that I don't run down my battery. I've tried replacing the relay, but that didn't work. I know its not the foglight/trunk switch because the lights stay on even when I disconnect the switch. The only time they go off is when the headlights are on. I'm stumped.
The second problem has to do with the keyfob. It stopped working a few weeks ago and so I thought it was just the battery that had gone dead. I replaced the battery yesterday, and reprogrammed the fob to work with my car. It worked fine after that, but when I returned to my car an hour later nothing worked. I tried again to reset the fob just like it says in the manual and same thing happened. It regained its memory and then lost it shortly afterwards. I'm thinking the fob itself might be damaged.
Any help on either of these problems would be greatly appreciated.
The fog light problem sounds like you might have a stuck relay, I think it's #39 in the underhood relay box. You could try replacing the fuse and then pull the relay. If the lights go out, buy a new relay. As for the fob problem, did you try your second fob to see if it works? If it does, then the other fob is bad. They can be damaged if you drop them. If it doesn't work either, the receiver in the car might be going bad. You do have two fobs, I'm assuming.

Thanks for the suggestions. I replaced one of the relays, not sure if it was #39 though. I'll go check that. I'll try the second fob tonight and report back with the findings. Thanks again.
