"Service Column Lock" on the DIC?

"Service Column Lock" on the DIC?
I have a 2001 Z06.
A couple of weeks ago I was parked w/my flashers on for a while. The battery was almost dead, It barely started. When it did the Steering wheel was locked up. I let it run for a little while to charge. When I restarted it the steering wheel unlocked but I still get the "Service column lock" on the DIC. Everytime that I start it I get the same message on the DIC. I have no problem driving it.
Is there some way of reseting the DIC or is there something that needs to be replaced or fixed?

Read the sticky note at the top of the TECH page.
I think it says that if you pull the #23 fuse in the driver's side footwell, wait a few seconds, then replace the fuse, it should reset the BCM. If you still have problems, make sure the #25 fuse in the driver's side footwell fuse compartment, is good.
