Default Wow!

Do you ever hit the freeway? I drive mine a lot... my normal is 26 to 32 mpg. Not sure what you ment when you said ... that is what it tells you... you mean the dash avreage? It is a great idea to fill the tank, set the "A" trip.... run it down... refill... check the "A" trip, and do the math with miles travled, and gallons to fill.

15-20 in town, depends on number of "encounters" On the interstate at 75mph, with the air on it gets 30mpg. I've got lots of mods, including a 4.10 rear. Alot depends on driving style and tune.

It all depends on your personal driving habits and where you drive. I basically live across the street from my work. It takes me longer to walk to my car then it does to drive home. With that said if all I do is drive to and from work and maybe to the grocery the DIC says my average is around 15 or so. If I mix it up and throw some freeway in there it goes up to 19 or 20.

I average 23 mpg with a P1SC supercharger. But I haveto drive slowly for the first 500 miles.
However I did get on it (when it was stock), I was getting 10-12 mpg.

I went from 28 mpg on the hwy to 17 mpg but only after I installed heads, cam, and other mods plus a LGM tune and 3.73 gears. But that may have a lot to do with the way I drive now. You know, stop light to stop light in just 2.1 sec

I get about 20mpg driving in bad traffic every morning (DC 395 to the Pentagon) and I don't know what I get on the open road yet. I just picked up my 00 M6 coupe and we shall see...

22 to 24 in normal driving and 27 to 33 on the highway. My mileage actually went up after I installed my cam and the AFR 205s.

My DIC reads about 15% high. With many mods (stroked to 383, heads&cam, exhaust, intake) I get about 25mpg highway, about 15-16 in town. I got about 2mpg higher before mods.

I am getting around 19 mpg (mostly around town with a few highway trips). Using the skip shift sometimes as well.
Stock LS1 with 6 speed, 19,000 miles.
