TCS problem!!
Where can I find the "electric brake traction module" on my 1999 C5 Convertible.
I get this message: “Service active handling”/”Service vehicle soon” and the “Traction control light” goes on. In the code list I will get C1287 H Steering Sensor Rate Malfunction. I have cleaned the “grounds” at the top of the wheel well, the cables going to the sensors at the wheels, the connections on the sensors and the connection to the sensor on the steering wheel inside the car. Nothing helps. GM said it might be the electric brake traction module. Where is this module? Anybody! Thank you!
