On my stock Z06 (except for Kooks) with a P1-SC and 8 to 9#'s I was out of injector with the 42#s. I wish I bought A&A kit without injectors and then ordered the 55#.

What size pulley are you running. I have a 3.50 on my P1SC and I am only getting around 6.5 to 7 psi according to my gage. My gage might be off but if I am going to bigger Injectors, I might as well go with a smaller pulley to up my boost

I don't have the car anymore. I am now NA, but if memory serves - 4.10 is what Andy shipped.

What you need to do is dump the P1, Get a D1SC go with a little larger pulley (3.75) you'll probably see around 10#'s and have less belt slippage chances.
Your probably already slipping the belt with a 3.5 That is why your only seeing 6.5psi
CantHook - I realize this is not what you want to hear, but, American_HP is *right* on. Your cam is a bit small for a 427, worse still is your choice of head-units (P-1SC is pretty tiny for a big cube motor) and your injectors are WAY too small.
I would start with a minimum of a D-1SC - you can get ATI to upgrade your existing P-1SC head-unit for around a grand. Also make sure you start with an eight rib kit.
I would start with 60 # injectors with a blown 427 setup.

Good Luck,

Thanks for all the input. My rev limiter is set at 6000 so maybe that is why I am not getting all 8psi. Also I had the P1SC unit way before I decided to with the 427. I didn't want to go nuts with a cam. A sleeper type set up is what I am looking for. I will probably go with the 55lb injectors and try a 3.40 pully with Andy's bracket. Already way too deep in the ol pocket
