Clutch question?
If i was to upgrade to the '02-'04 Z06 clutch, flywheel, PP, and Slave Cylinder, can i use a '97 pilot bearing or do i have to upgrade that too?
Also does the Z06 Slave cylinder come with a throw-out bearing, or do i have to buy that seperate?

Make sure you change out the pilot bearing. They are cheap. Also make sure you install it right, unlike the installer that did mine.
I beleive the throwout comes with the slave, but not 100% sure.

Yes the slave does come wiith a throw out berring. Too bad you arn't around chicago because I have a new slave and pilot berring lying around. My texstrilla clutch came with new ones after i already baught them.

Be sure to order the slave/throwout bearing assembly. It is possible to order the slave without the bearing. I recommend calling Tom at Carolina clutch.

The crank has a plug in it, like a freeze plug. If you hammer a greased dowel in, it will push the cap into the crank and create a big problem.
