Air tube rattling?
I had a hit a few threads back on a possible reason for the rattle on my 2000 coupe. The rattle is always there but you only really hear it at low speeds on older pavement, and it seems to be coming from in front of the HUD projector unit, or possibly center dash near the heater core. A couple of guys (that typed like they were half in the bag) were trying to convey - I think that the air pump tube was possibly hitting the firewall. If this sounds like a cause for a persistant rattle that you have fixed, please let me know how to fix it. I'm guessing they meant the air pump tube that wraps around the back side of the intake manifold- but I'm not sure. Thanks for your assistance!

Here's a drawing showing how the bracket that holds it attaches to the back of the driver-side head.
Here's a shot that highlights the ground strap lower down on the same surface of the driver-side head. You can see the AIR tube attached higher up.
