Default Lower front end

Can someone tell me if all 2004 verts already have a lowered front end, I went to follow the instructions off the forum to turn the nuts till only 2 threads were showing & mine was already set at that. My car still looks high & I know it has factory settings. What am I doing wrong?

I lowered my Coupe on stock bolts a few months ago and noticed that I could only turn the front bolts a couple times without serious hard core effort. I threw all I had into turning it two more times for a total of four. There was pleanty of room for five turns in the rear(and many more if I wanted).

If I read your post right, you are saying that you have the front turned till 2 threads are showing? The front is turned the other way to lower. More threads showing in the front lower it. The rear is less threads showing lower it.

If you measure from the ground to the center of the wheel well, you should be close to 27 inches rear and a little less than that on the front if the car is lowered to the max on stock bolts. If you want lower you need to cut the front bushing and cut the rear bushings or buy longer rear bolts
