"Brake" light on DIC will come on intermitantly when car turns to the left, or briefly under acceleration or braking. Sometimes this triggers a "low brake fluid" message that then triggers service traction control system.
Sensor at reservoir has been replaced, and reservoir was just replaced. No help.
Often these kind of things are caused by a bad connection at the sensor and not the sensor itself. I'd check if the connection is nice and snug and that the wire isn't fractured or damaged in some way.

Open the hood and check your master cylinder, the fluid's low!
