Does anyone have this cam?
Ok think i have decided to go with Comp cams XR275HR 222/224 566/568 on a 112 lobe. Going to still use the factory ls1 heads on my 98 but i will change springs to the 918's. Wondering how the idle is gona be since i wont be able to have it tuned for awile so wondering if it will still be streetable? Only mods i have right now are catback stingers and varraram. So how much do u guys think i will gain? Soon to be adding kooks and xpipe and ls6 manifold but not yet..

anything below 114 will have a somewhat choppy idle. you need a good tuner to make it smooth as possible

Having a hard time trying to find a cam, called comcams they told me it would run good in my car with no tune but now i am starting to belive compcams techs are dumbasses. Think i am gonna go with the XR265HR since its pretty close to the GT2-3 and i can get it for around the same price.
