had the corsa tigershark exhaust installed and it looks sweet but after a cruise the left side always hangs @1/2" to an inch lower.I can pull it back up and level it but only lasts like that until driven. anyone else had this problem or know of a solution.
corsa is known for that for the size of the tiger-shark tips...occurs on other exhausts as well but not as noticeable for the tips are not so close together. Use lots of duct tape!!!

If you have already tried loosening the bolts from the H pipe to the muffler pipes and repositioning the tips then try this.
Put the front of the car up on ramps or use a lift, and loosen the three nuts a couple turns on both of the exhaust manifold to H pipe couplers. Make sure the studs stay in the manifolds. Then you can twist the whole muffler and h pipe assy until the tips will line up after everything is tightened up again. You need to prop up the outside edge of one of the mufflers with something until you get the exhaust manifold couplers tightened up again or use a friend. Make sure you make the tips go past where they should be to be straight. They spring back slightly after everything is tightened back up without being propped up.
This worked on my ZO6 mufflers and have been straight ever since.
Problem with tack welding is, if you ever have to pull the exhaust, removal will be a PITA. Just drill a 1/16" hole at the joint and install a small SS sheet metal screw.
Got the same problems and am going to try the srew idea...
I have adjusted them about 4 times and will try again with the car on the lift and adjusting near the H pipe. If that fails I will try the screw idea. I agree the tac weld is too permanent. Thanks!
I had a similiar problem with my Corsa Indy's. Even tack welding didn't work...they were still uneven. It turns out that the short pipes that connect the mufflers to the over-the-axle pipes are slightly different lengths, left and right. Sometimes, the Corsa kits get packed with two of the same.
Paul Santiago at Corsa, who is a great guy, sorted this out for me. You may have two of the same, and you need to have a left and a right.

And just where was this suggestion when I was having my GHLs tack welded??? Guess I shoulda asked.
When I installed my GHL Magnum Plus system the band clamps supplied would not tighten down enough to hold the pipe together where it comes over the suspension. I didn't want to tack weld it. I bought two stainles steel guillotine muffler clamps which clamped down tight and solved the problem.
