Default AC erratic

I've noticed that my AC isn't always all that cold. It seems like when the car is at idle it's fine, but when driving it doens't blow cold. That makes me think that the belt on the compressor may be slipping. I haven't looked under the hood yet, but has anyone had similar issues with their AC? Could it be somethingelse? TIA.

My A/C has never been what I'd call very good either. I figure much of it is due to the volume of glass in the car with the targa top.

My AC was woeful too, when I first got the car. Tinting the windows and getting a glass-top insert helped dramatically with the heat. But my AC still doens't put out much cold except when the car is sitting still. Anyone else having this problem? I looked at my compressor and the belt does look kind of old. Probably slipping?

Are you throwing any specific codes (do a manual diagnostics)?
