the front and rears have diff plugs, i typically mark them L and R, and to answer your ?, ck gmpartdirect.com the catalog section and punch in the diff years to ck the part#

Do not replace just one, if its the front buy both for it you only do 1 then it would function better and older one would be slower and fool the PCM as what the AFR is on both sides.
When installing leave the cable unplugged, install O2s into exhaust and only then wiring cable connectors to car's wiring loom.
If you do it the other way around you can crimp the wires and O2 then looses the outside reference air it requires which is done within the special wires they use.
