Default alignment & lowering questions

I solo 2 autocross, drag race and live on top of a mountain so I drive a couple of miles of twisty roads every time I leave the driveway.
My current alignment specs are:
front:
camber left -1.50 right -1.46
caster left 7.54 right 7.07
toe left -0.66 right -0.68
rear:
camber left -0.93 right -1.04
toe left 0.62 right 0.57
Always used basically stock settings in the past, these new settings are a tremendous improvement in driving the twisties and in the one solo 2 I ran since the change.
I think the rear camber is hurting drag racing traction and the toe settings probably don't do any good for rolling resistance or tire wear.
How much toe do I have in inches?
If I lower the rear of the car using only the stock bolts, how much will that change the alignment settings?
Anyone tried the Hardbar camber things? How difficult is it to change camber settings for different uses?

It will change it and you will have to get it realigned. I used the Aggressive Street settings but since it was lowered they couldn't get it completely there. Caster problem maybe?? Don't remember.
