Installing the MSD Coils

Well just let me say. GET OUT THE GRINDER. You will have to do some grinding on the coil brackets in order to get them in. I have several sets in stock and I am really upset about this. Also if your car is like ours with larger rocker arms than you can forget about it. I had to go back to the stock rocker arms to get them to work. If you have rocker arms though that do not require valve cover spacers then you will be fine. The coil is larger then the stock on that creates the problem. I am going to shaft mounts so I can run the stock arms for now. I will be going to the dyno to see what difference it has made, I just went last friday so we will see.

That sucks! As much as those devils cost, you'd think they'd at least design them to fit!

I hope you get some positive numbers on your dyno for all that work. I didn't feel much difference when I put an MSD coil on my 93 LT1 Vette.
