I am looking at a head and cam package from LG. They recomended an underdrive pulley. What do you get out of going to an underdrive and is there any negatives?

8-10rwhp gain and no negatives that I have found. My temperatures, charging and power steering are all the same as is my AC. More than 4000 miles in 90degree summer traffic and no issues.
Anybody use the New march/fluiddamper unit balances and underdrives
12 rwhp, Are they tough to install? I'm @367 RWHP now with
the 10 from the pulley and another 20 from some dynotech headers
would put me at 400 humm. Close to big dad 06-z06. Figuring
I'll need 425 to the ground to make it real interesting w/ the new z-06
