header combo
i need some help , i own a 99 vert and going to do LG pro longtube headers with out cats! but still dont know which catback to go with
im stumped between the borla stingers, b&b bullets, and borla striaghts, and slp loud mouth. which would sound the the best meaning loudest and deepest. i could careless about resounance because all i want to do is get the meanest sound possible and BE HEARD !
i live in florida so i do not need to worry about emissions.

I'm not sure where you live in FL but, going with any of those setups I sure hope you live serously out in the sticks.
I ran the LG's w/o cats with my Borla stingers and it was so loud I was having cops trail me all over town. That got old really fast and the constant inability to mash the throttle for fear of drawing in the police and the obnoxious fuel smell sitting at stop lights forced me to add the cats.
So all I can say is the Borlas are plenty loud and the staight pipes or the SLP loud mouth would probably be louder. But, you are asking for serious trouble IMO.

i'm dropping headers onto my setup in a few weeks
Borla Straights ==> Magnaflow X ==> Dynatech PowerCats ==> TPIS Headers.
i'll make sure to make a clip of it cuz i'll tell ya what .. it doesnt get ANY louder .. well ok .. yes it does .. open headers.

I've got the B&B bullets on stock headers right now and it sounds awesome. Really throaty sound. Im puttin either LG's or kooks long tubes in nov and deleting the cats. I can't wait. Good luck man!

Great project! The LG Long Tubes are awesome. With no cats: the B&B Bullets, Borla Straight Tips and SLP will be LOUD. But, I personally like a more aggressive exhaust note.

Two friends of mine run LG's, NO cats and stingers. Sounds awesome.. not retared loud, but loud.. no problems here.
My new setup is coming.. hehe.. LG's, NO cats, B&B Bullets and on a heads and cam car.. hehehe.. we shall see how it sounds..
