New Corsa Hissing sound

New Corsa Hissing sound
I have just installed a Cocsa exhust on my 2004 auto and at full throttle, around 50 m.p.h., when the car shifts from second to third? there is a hissing sound similar to the sound truck air brakes make [but not as loud] ANY HELP!! or THOUGHTS THANKS
