First, you might want to look at a GatorBack belt from Autozone. That will help you get rid of your squeak in a more permanent manner. If you just want to take care of the problem, take a dry bar of soap while the engine is running and run it along the belt edges, that will help. Also, take note of why exactly your belt is squeaking and make sure its not the tensioner or the belt down below. Hope this helps.
You can buy a spray belt dressing from any autoparts store ... but it is usually on a temporary fix.
The likely causes on order of probability are:
1. belt needs replacement Serpentine 10 min fix from above at home $25-35 depending on whose lifetime guarantee belt you buy
A/C 20 min fix ( as above but you have to remove the serpentine to get at it.
To determine if it is a belt with the engine running use a squirt gun or spray bottle and hit one belt only with water. If it goes away it is likely that belt.
2. Belt tensioner pulley has a bad bearing and needs replacement
With the appropriate belt off, you can hand spin the bearing to determin its if spins freely, has any front to back wobble or is Gritty and binds as you spin it. It it has any of these issues, it is the likely culprit.
3. Harmonic balancer has a bad bearing and needs replacement
4 A/C clutch has a bad bearing and needs replacement ( hand spinning also can confirm or eliminate this issue.

No, it has to do with the headlight fluid levels, if they are low it puts a higher load on the alternator which makes the belt squeal when it turns the alternator pulley.
Dah! Brain Fart.... That's my story and I'm sticking with it...
The problem with posting when you have had little sleep but can't fall asleep is the occassional nonsense comment.
Not the bearing but the balancer itself....
