Default o2 sensors?

I have been getting these 3 repeating codes followed by a check engine light? are these the o2 sensors? and if so which ones are they and do they need replaced. It is a completely stock 97 coupe with 37000 miles.
P0135 Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Heater Circuit Bank 1 Sensor 1
P0155 Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Heater Circuit Bank 2 Sensor 1
P0161 Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Heater Circuit Bank 2 Sensor 2

P0155 Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Heater Circuit Bank 2 Sensor 1
P0161 Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Heater Circuit Bank 2 Sensor 2

Bank 1 = drivers side
Bank 2 = pass side
Sensor 1 = before the cats
Sensor 2 = after the cats

I'm sure someone here has experience with these specific codes, and will chime in here shortly.

If all of these codes came at onetime.. it could very easily be just the fuse.Mini fuse # 15 under hood.
the o2 heater cycle is displayed after two failed cold start cycles...

At first it was just the P0161 then the other 2 showed up this weekend after clearing all the codes, and then they immediately came back.

Well i replaced the front 2 O2 sensors and now i am getting this code
P0134 Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Circuit Insufficient Activity Bank 1 Sensor 1
what is the cause for getting this code, could it be a loose connection somewhere or bad ground?

The harness and the pins all looked ok no corrosion at all and all the wires looked ok, and the car is completely stock. no mods.

I have had the same exact thing happen to me 6 months ago. I got the same codes as you and plus my car ran like crap. I went and got my 02 sensors replaced and on the way home from the garage the check engine light came back on. Same codes as before. My car runs great ever since I had them changed out so maybe I think my PCM needs to be reprogrammed to erase that code.
