Default 02 Sensor update w/flashing lights

Slight update..

I replaced the 02 sensors last night, and after a good 1.5hr drive in monsoon conditions (been raining everyday here in NY for the last week now) I checked my codes and got the following..

P0131 Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Circuit Low Voltage Bank 1 Sensor 1-A
P0171 Fuel Trim System Lean bank 1-B
P1133 Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Insufficient Switching Bank 1 Sensor 1-8
P1153 Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Insufficient Switching Bank2 Sensor 1-B

Now my question is whether or not this can be weather related? I do have a vararam, and I have been very careful about driving through puddles and whatnot, but this is my daily driver so it can’t sit in the garage for a week.. If the MAF sensor got wet could this be the result? After getting home last night, I started the car up and noticed the idle is also going to shi*ts.. On the highway this morning the car was hesitating, and bucking a little bit when going part throttle.. I wish I could tell you how wide open throttle is, but with all this rain I haven’t been able to go WOT for the past week..

I did clear them last night when I got home from my drive and let the car sit for about 2mins with the sh*tty idle, and the 171 came on..

Oh yeah, I also got about 14 traction control codes on the way home last night..

I replaced all four 02 sensors in my 1999 C5 about three weeks ago and no problems so far.

One thing you may want to check is the ground straps. If you disconnected them during the install and didn't reconnect them is maybe causing your 02 sensor code problem. It happened to me once when I installed my long tube headers.

Also, did you made sure you installed the correct sensors, e.g., the Front 02 sensors in front of the CATS Rear 02 Sensor behind the CATS. There is a difference between the two

Also, recheck the "Quick Disconnects" on your sensors to make sure they are seated and secure.

OK, that's about the extent of my know-how on 02 Sensors. I hope you locate the problem. . . GOod luck

I have LG headers, which I installed about 8000miles ago on my 04 Z06... No issues after the install, but now all of a sudden shi*t is hitting the fan..

The only thing I can currently think of, is that something is getting wet (never been in this much rain with the car before)..

I was also thinking maybe the MAF is getting wet..
