Usually that code means the tac module is bad, however if you have done extensive mods to your engine it will also trigger that code.

if i remember right, this fault is a tac/maf performance fault.it sets when actual maf airflow and predicted airflow differ too much.i know that maf airflow is backed up by the map sensor[reduntant].i'd check and make sure the tps is ok,but if you've switched throttle housings, that eliminates that, but since it only happens when you snap the throttle,i would look at the map sensor to make sure the line going to it from the intake is ok[the map also acts as the baro sensor]and the connection to it is ok.if the map sensor circuit seems ok,look and make sure the tac module isn't corroded.make sure the vacuum line to the map isn't plugged with carbon,if you have a scanner watch the map sensor as you move the throttle.when you snap the throttle and the blade closes, intake vacuum will be at its highest and then drop down to normal.

Also check TPS wires. I had lost a wire due to harness rubbing on serp belt.
