Is the RPM when the shift light comes on adjustable using an editing program like LS1 Edit? Also what is the factory red line (rev limiter) set at in a 2004 Coupe? I guess what I am asking is if my rev limiter has been turned up a couple of 100s does this effect when the shift light comes on or is it just set and stays at factory red line specs? My car is an A4 and has been tuned using LS1 edit. I know that the rev limiter has been turned up. When at WOT the shift light comes on a few 100 Rpms shy of when she actually shifts.

I think the rev limiter is at 6150. I just had mine 
tuned after a header install and he went ahead and bumped it up to 6350. While running thru the gears the other night I saw the shift light come on, I don't think I was close to 6350 so I'm guessing the shift light comes on when it did before. Not sure is this can be changed, he was using HP Tuners. Next time I talk to him I'll try to remember to ask.
