Default Diagnostic help.. Low Voltage Bank 1...?

After getting a few codes last week, I decided to replace my 02 sensors but unfortunately Im still getting codes..

P0131 Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Circuit Low Voltage Bank 1 Sensor 1-A

P0171 Fuel Trim System Lean bank 1-B

The car is running like absolute crap right now, bucking and stumbling all over itself, it was fine with the mods but for some reason she decided to turn on me...

Mods.. LG headers, Vararam Intake, Tune, and T-stat..

Q's...

For it to be saying Low Voltage on the 02 sensor, what does that mean? Am I looking at a power supply issue to the 02 Sensor, or....?

The 131 code wouldn't be thrown because of a blown MAF.. right?

Also, if the MAF was done, wouldn't I have a lean condition on both bank 1 and 2???

Could this code be thrown from an ignition issue? (burnt wire, bad plug?)..

Thanks..

make sure when you put the headers on you did not leave the sensor wire on the manifold. are the headers leaking? a leak will cause a lean o2 reading. what kind of sensor did you put in?

What brand of O2 sensor did you use?

I replaced both of the front sensors with stock AC Delco parts.. Went to the dealership told them I needed 2 02 sensors for the front and installed the parts that they gave me..

Should I go out and buy a new MAF?

BTW, the headers have been installed for roughly 8 months now, never had a problem when i installed them, and Im pretty sure that when the valve springs were swapped out last week the shop didn't remove them..

Ok, AC Delco's are great.

What makes you think you need a new MAF?

well, the time when I forgot to plug my MAF in, the car did the same exact thing that its doing now: couldn't hold idle, bucked, and completely bogged on itself.. Its doing this same exact thing now, and after trying to clean it last night I noticed that it got significantly worse.. The only thing Im curious is if it is the MAF, shouldn't I get a lean code for both banks? If I just gently (like 5% throttle) get on the throttle for more then 2 seconds, the car bucks, and boggs... I got on it about 40% throttle whiling driving home after cleaning the MAF, and I noticed tons of smoke coming out of the car.. Really runs like crap.. Before I cleaned it, it would do exactly this (not as bad) when I would drive at a constant speed for roughly 5seconds..

Sounds like a bad O2 sensor.

is the harness off the maifold? are all the injectors pluged in and the pins not bent? could there be a vacuum leak on that side of the intake?

No 02 sims, the rears were shut off through the use of HP tuners when the car was tuned..

I checked the 02 wires and everything seemed like it was okay, and nothing got burnt.. Im going to pretty much take the entire drivers side apart tonight and make sure everything is plugged in and in good shape..
