I'd bet that if you asked at a GM dealer (Burt Chevy) they would have one that came off a new part they installed. Failing that On Track performance in Englewood should have them.
Not to jack your thread, but I do have a question for you. Since my tags are about to expire, I'm getting a bit nervous about the smog test. I have Dynatech LTs with the bullet cats. Do you think I will have problems?
You should be fine with the LT with cats. My old 383 stroker passed( just barely ) with TTS LT headers and 'ported high flow' cats. What is the LSA of your cam? If it is > 112, passing should not be a problem at all. If you have a <= 112 LSA, add a bottle of rubbing alcohol in your gas tank and you should be fine.
Most of the people at the **** emission stations do not know if vettes should have 2, 4, or a million set of cats; as long as a set if visible you should be good for the visual. I have found the broomfield location to be fruitful of mouth breathers
I don't think the dealer (big $$) would be necessary. Most auto parts stores stock the "Help" line of products. IIRC, they have a "vacuum cap" assortment in their line.
