Trans switchout question

Am looking at switching my A4 Transmission out with another forum member for his Z06 transmission. He wants to ultimately go to a Rodney and I want the 6 spd.
Any issues with putting a Z06 transmission with and LS1 since the M12 in the Z06 has different and numerically higher gear shift ratios?

Rodney can answer any questions you Have.
Most of the forum guys around here know and use Rodney for c5 trans work.
I know of a 4l80 guy also.

Thanks-I spoke to Rodney this morning and I think everything is good to go. Hopefully going to swap with Earl H and Roadrebel to do the work. Sounds like pretty much straight forward job with reflashing the PCM and probably swaping out the wiring harnesses. Looking forward to it and hopefully everyone will be happy with the outcome.
