Fan & Relay?

Fan & Relay?
I have a 00 vert. 
The temps will rise above the 220 mark when at idle. The temps will go down to about 210. My fans will not come on untill I turn the ac on. I suspect maybe a bad relay. 
I'm trying to figure out which relay to replace. I see there's 3 of them. Coolant fan 1,2 and 3. Does anyone know how much these relays cost at the dealer? Two of them looks as if thay have been changed. I don't want to go to the local parts store. I want exactly what the dealer uses. Can someone tell me what else to try on my quest to fix this problem. It's been sitting for a few days now.
