plug wires
I put in new GM HP Torch Red wires. To my surprise they tested at 370 ohms. With the new wires and Iridium Plugs my C5 pulls strong right up to the red line.
There must be a ohm spec that the wires must be under to meet the demand of this application. Maybe one of the other forum members can chime in on this one.
much current can they carry. (load test) Voltage is only potential. Current
is the driver is electronics. Voltage can cross a small wire.where Large
currents cannot.Current kills you, not voltage. Then your over-all wire, then the boots, then the
connector's on the plug and the coil. ANY wire with Connector's that you squesse with a plier. Are junk,or if they are short on any department. I' ve seen 1 wire than has a solid
hole with a check ball that CLIC's on both ends
NO working loose or
not being snapped on correctly in the first place.
Jacob's.They are made to carry at least 1300 joules. Stock wires (7mm)
would fry in short order
They are a very High Quality wire.
