PIC---ls1/6 pulley holding tool

The pulley is not pinned to the crank, so when you lock down the pulley and start turning the bolt, is it possible for the bolt to spin the crank inside the pulley rather than actually loosening/tightening the bolt in the crank?
If you had locktite on the bolt threads, it might happen.
Probably not likely, but food for thought since spinning a pulley on the crank even a fraction could lead to it wanting to spin more easily later.
Hmmm, I must be bored today.
