Default A/C Blowing Heat

The right side HVAC actuators are stuck and regardless of what I do to the controls the pass side just gets heat. Does any one know how to get to the accuators on that side. I took out the glove box but ran into a solid metal plate. Does the whole dash have to come out? If so how much work am I really looking at here, and is there any place I can get "step by step directions". I'm not new to working on cars I've done extensive rebuilds in the past, I just hate spending 4 hours on a 1 hour job because I can't find all the screws or clips.

B0446 - Rt. Actuator out of range, B0367 - Rt. Actuator feed back open. I tried clearing the codes and I d/c the batt. for 30 min. But no change the codes come right back and the pass. side continues to get heat regardless of what temp the driver side is set at.
