Default Correct offset for 19x11

19x11 repo ZO6 with 64mm offset and 295's, will they stick out beyond the fender?

I believe 72mm would aline the wheel edge to the fender edge.

No, they will not stick out beyond the fender. The stock wheel has a 58mm offset and if you go with a 11" wheel with an offset of 64mm then the outside of the wheel will line up in exactly the same place as the stock rim. The only difference is in the back side of the rim where is will be 12mm (1/2 inch) closer to the inside wheel well. If you are looking at the repro 06 Z06 wheels and choose the 19 inch wheel a 305/30 - 19 is almost the same circumference as the stock 295/35 - 18. There is a .25" inch difference (larger) that equates to a .20 mph difference at 60mph (actual speedometer reading will show 59.8 mph. Hope this helps.
