major problem need help

Well here it goes, a few days ago i had an rps cltuch and flywheel installed in my 03 z06, as soon as the car was done i got a code that was a random misfire code the 300 code as u guys know it, all the spark plugs and wires are fine i they cant seem to find a vacuum leak anywhere, the car barly idles and can hardly be driven, has this happened to anyone or does anyone have any advice, what could cause the car to misfire at idle? all the problems seem to be a vacuum leak. The mods on the car are lg long tubes corsa catback, no cats, and andys procharger kit. All advice please help. and keep in mind this happened right after the clutch install, its a very good shop and i know it was installed right ,something must have came loose or something?

How do you know the plugs and wires are good? It's easy to crack a plug when putting on or removing headers, don't ask me how I know. 
This had to be done to remove the inspection cover, tunnel plate, and torque tube.
