i guess you are talking about the fuel system, i don't the vin cutoff, but the new style started mid year '03 when they moved the pump to the top of the tank
My vin was 1G1YY32G335101377 and the car was built in July of 02 and was pre FFS, your car was built 223 cars later which was 2 days and I'd be willing to bet it was also pre FFS.
Can someone tell me by this VIN if this 2003 is the 2002 system or the new style system?

Look at the car's Service Parts Identification (RPO) Label on the inside of the glove box lid. If it has the redesigned FFS fuel system, you should find the RPO Code "FFS" on this label. For 2003 Corvettes only, this system was designated by RPO code FFS. However, this name has been unofficially applied to all vehicles with the new system. Our car has the new system and its RPO label does show "FFS".
You can also tell by looking at the back rear of the fuel tanks. In the old system, the fuel pump and sender units mount from the rear of the tank. In the new system they mount from the top of the tanks. More on the revised system at the following link:
