Trouble code Help!
I'm having a problem with my 98 vette and my mechanic is at a loss. I thought you guys might have some ideas. The code is a PCM code P1518 and it puts the engine in "reduced power mode". According to my manuals its all about the "Throttle Control Actuator".
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

P1518 PCM to TAC Module Serial Data Circuit
did you try resetting the code? the tac module is located next to the pcm behind the pass side front wheel, there will be 8 7mm screws holding the inner fender well close out panel, remove this and inspect and clean the connector, often the bottom of this panel will crack from road debris and collect dirt and water
