1) In my "Corvette black book it states that "AQ9" sport seats were available in 1999 on the Convertible and Coupe. What was different about these seats than the "regular" seats that I think my car has...?
2) What is that little black clip that is above the weather strip where the highest point on the drivers and passenger window is? I should probably show you a picture but... it is attached to the chassis on the outside of the car...........what is it for? Just curious.
sport seats will have an open space between the headrest and the seatback, the clip is to keep the glass from wanting to blow outboard at higher speeds.....
Ok Cool. I wonder also if the sport seats have a better seat bottom that holds you in more effectively. That's the one thing that bugs me about the seats. I'm of a slender frame so I tend to slide out in a hard corner....
