Default While I'm At It...........

Going to The Vette Doctors to have a VaraRam Intake and some Drag Radials installed and while that's being done I was wondering if there were any other easy mods to do at the same time? I see that with a Honker Intake, the MAF is relocated for optimum performance. Is there a way to re-locate the MAF while doing a VaraRam install? Is it beneficial. My other mods are listed in my sig. Feedback appreciated.

You look just about bolt on saturated to me. You have a vararam, heads, cam, headers, cat back, gears and high stall TC, and more.

If I were trying to make it faster the only thing I would change is upgrade from the 2400 TC to a 3200 - 3600 TC. Since you are going with DR's you also would want to evaluate the strength of your output shafts and rear end for a possible upgrade.

Good question about the MAF location, maybe the tuner would know. I bet they will be reluctant to chage the position of the MAF though.

That's for the reply. I love the streetability and stock feeling I get from the 2400 Converter. Also out back I have new 3.90's with hardened shafts. I will inquire about the MAF location at the Docs.
