The PIAA driving light's are the 1100x which is the whole assembly. They are so bright, I only use them in the city. I have HID's, but hate the pop ups!

The piaa driving lights are just plain awesome. I get much better lighting than the headlamps & they look cool also. Tuan Lee is the best to work with on these. Customer service is the best I ever had .

Installed the Piaa 9005 and 9006 this weekend. There is a significant improvement over the Silverstars. I got them from the Corvette Garage.

I wouldn't say blue...The light from the PIAAs is a more whiter.

Question for anyone who has been using the PIAA 9006 (and 9005) bulbs. What has been your experience as to how long they last before burning out? According to Sylvania, the SilverStars have a rather short rated life, 150 hours for the 9006 and just 60 hours for the 9005, which I consider to be unacceptably short. I am curious as to anyone's experience with the PIAA bulbs' longevity. From what I read, the PIAA seems to be better than the SilverStars but will they last longer?

My PIAA 9005 & 06's have only been in for two weeks, but my opinion is they are worth it even if they only last a year. The lights on my Vette are now better than the lights on my other two cars and I no longer have to have a seeing eye dog with me when I drive at night.

We have lots of deer in my area and having good lights is important to me.
