I am sorry to bother you guys with a somehow stupid question but, is there anything special to keep in mind to do the rear brakes? I understand that the manual brake have a separate pad, is that a difficult thing to do?
I just finish doing my front ones and was a piece of cake!!!!!
my c5 is a daily driver and I used the NAPA slotted and drilled rotors with ceramic pads.
Any comment will be gladly apreciatted
just had my rears off the other day, piece of cake.mine took a little pursuading to get the rotor off because the parking brake shoe had wore into the drum surface of the rotor leaving a lip on the outer edge.but no big deal.if you can do the fronts you can do the back.
Make sure you unhook the parking brake cable before you take the rear rotor off. Not sure if it is that big a deal, but that is what I did for safety sake. I've heard some people forgot this and caused problems.

I never bother to do that. Just make sure the parking brake is off and you should be able to pull the old rotor right off. As mentioned, if you can do the front, you can do the rear.
