Does anyone know how to remove the front screens and running lights ?

Are you talking about the Z06 screens, or the front fog light housing? (that whole black piece that holds the fog lights)

If the housing, then, you need to raise up the front of the car, remove that lower spoiling/scraper under the nose and then you can reach the fog light housing and unscrew them and take them out......same with the lights, once you get up in there.
