Default Code B2721 Trouble

Ok, a couple of months I took my car into the shop to fix the steering column lock. Ever since then, I am unable to start my car sometimes. When I turn the key, all lights and gauges on the dash would go out (including the clock/CD player) except for the Air bag and seat belt light. When I let go of the key, all of the lights and gauges would come back on. I cleaned and tightened the battery posts thinking maybe just a bad connection, but still had problem starting sometimes. I say sometimes because it will not start approximately 1 out of 5 times. It does not turn at all. Every single time it wouldn't start, all I had to do was wait about 3 minutes and then it would start.

I decided this may be something that I had to take to the dealer. So I took it to the dealer and they kept it over the weekend.

They told me that the part they used to fix the column lock was defective, so they ordered another one, and installed it. I then took it home, and it still had problems starting .

Below are the codes I have. B2721 Showed up the first time the car wouldn't start after i received it back from the dealer. I also have the Security light coming on, and my passenger door lock doesn't function all the time like it use to. The dealer looked at the lock, but couldn't find anything wrong with it. Suggestions?
