WCC Hurricane Intakes
Is anyone out there using the WCC Hurricane Intake? It looks like you do not need to cut the radiator shoud. I was also wondering if you need the aftermarket power duct. I looks like the OEM duct should work.

I have one but had West Coast Corvette install it. Reading other posts indicated it wasn't that easy to install. Install cost about as much as the intake. The old shroud and intake is trashed and a new shroud that is already cut is installed. You can use the OEM bridge but it's recommended to use a less restictive one. WCC sells it all. I have had one for about a year and a half, no problems. Install about 2-3 hours, replaces the stock shroud and i would do the bridge since your already in there. ONly drawback is you have to take the whole thing out to clean the filter.
