The owners manuals can be download from GM for free!
That parts manuals can be download from the Inernet for free! No shipping on either!

I have the factory dealer service database type manual for all GM cars but it is a huge file and must completely installed to be effective. It has the content of the 3 vol Y body factory shop manual+++. 3+gig.

I'm looking to see if I can find it again, I found the link to it here on this forum. For some reason I'm thinking it was something like DigitalCorvette but it has been over a year ago so I'm not sure. It was some Corvette site that had lots of downloads. It only covers up though 2002, no coverage for 2003 or 2004, that why I assume the one listed above is the same one. It is around 120M scanned PDF file, I still have the file.

But you have to register, it was pretty quick. I just did it...
after you register you have to click on the GLOVEBOX tab on the left and you will see where you can download the manual for your year car.

Perhaps I am not reading this right, but those links provide only a downloadable owner's manual, not a service manual or parts manual. I thought the original question was about a shop or service manual in electronic form.
