Default Code C1226 LF or RF?????

Okay guys:

If you look out there, the various DIC Codes lists posted on the internet seem to have conflicting information about a code.

I've found a list that says the C1226 code is a left front excessive wheel variation, while the others have said it's a right front . . .

What's the true story??

Let me know,

THANKS!!

I agree with you, the list that I had was reversed also,,, I cant tell you but when you find out which is which you might want to print a copy of the correct one and keep it in your glove box with the manual,,

Well I've been actively researching this my self. I am now certain that alldata.com and the GM service manual are correct and the scan companies are wrong. As you will see from this list copied from a scanner company LF and RF excessive are out of sequence with the rest.
C1221 LF Wheel Speed Sensor Input Signal is 0
C1222 RF Wheel Speed Sensor Input Signal is 0
C1223 LR Wheel Speed Sensor Input Signal is 0
C1224 RR Wheel Speed Sensor Input Signal is 0
C1225 RF Excessive Wheel Speed Variation
C1226 LF Excessive Wheel Speed Variation
C1227 LR Excessive Wheel Speed Variation
C1228 RR Excessive Wheel Speed Variation
C1232 LF Wheel Speed Circuit Open or Shorted
C1233 RF Wheel Speed Circuit Open or Shorted
C1234 LR Wheel Speed Circuit Open or Shorted
C1235 RR Wheel Speed Circuit Open or Shorted
