Hi. I have a couple of questions about what to do next to my automatic '00 convertable. I was hoping for some feedback/oppinions from all you smart folk.
I have a K&N intake, Dynatech headers w. cats, and a corsa exhaust. I spoke with the guys that have done my work about what to next. I do not want to go so far as heads or supercharger, but I am ready for the next level. It was suggested that get a 2800 stall and a 220/224 cam. These two projects (with associated equipment) would come in just over $3600. I am thinking of doing this, but I am open to suggestions. Thanks!
OK that makes it a little easier. If your not looking for high speed runs just some awesome acceleration, I would do 3.73 gears and a 3600 - 3800 converter. Should you decide that horse power bragging rights is what you want, along with high speed runs..... I would do a LS6 intake, and a good cam.
I am planning on getting a LS6 intake. I was originally just doing the cam, but I guess it wont do much good since I have an automatic.... therefor the stall. What does that do to the 1/4 mile performance, will it go down?

My car AUTO TRANS just has bolt-ons, motor is untouched. Check out the times in my signature. Gears and converter made the biggest difference for me.
