Default Seafoam... How to use?/

Ok I am gion to SeaFoam my vette and Debs Firebird this weekend.. Do i just dump it in the pan like the intructions say or down the pvc valve?

Also if I dump it down the PVC valve do I have the car running to mix it around or just dump it in and let it sit?

How many miles on both cars?

The SeaFoam should be put into the intake manifold in the PCV inlet. Let it sit overnight and then run it off.

But, if your car has less than 50K on the clock, you are wasting your time and money, IMHO

Like he said, put it in through PCV valve tube into intake...

Let us know the results after you're done... Good luck

I always use this method: http://members.nuvox.net/~on.roz/cars/z28/seafoam.html

This past time, it was rather difficult to get the car started, took several tries and had to use the gas petal. It even sputtered for a while when we turned the ignition off, I can never kill it by flooding it.

let it slowly suck in through PCV and let it sit as long as you can wait before you burn it off. On my son's Malibu it burned a lot of stuff off but he doesn't notice any difference

I did this on my 2000 FRC with 54,000 miles on it a couple months ago.

I was amazed at the results. I had bad pinging before, now it runs a lot better and there is no pinging at all anymore.

I was a little skeptical about dumping Seafoam in the PVC tube, but it really worked great on my car.

I used two bottles and just slowly poured the Seafoam into a funnel I had attached to the PVC tube. Shut off the car when I started to see smoke and let it sit overnight. Started it in the morning and went for a drive.

My car runs a lot better now and it really worked for me.
