Sideview Mirror Trouble on 01 ZO6
On my sons 01 ZO6, the shaft that the mirror attaches to has broken, its on the electronic module. GM says you can't buy the internals, any ideas. Any one with a damaged mirror that still has good internals? Any one with a good White drivers mirror? Didn't really want to have to paint mirror. Thanks.

gotcha - I am not sure how to go about that...you may have to find a used mirror and take the guts out of it...
I believe Gene at KARSHOP (KARSHOP is also his forum name) could get you a used mirror...he is a forum vendor and could probably give you some advice...I am buying some used parts from him...I believe he has a salvage yard.
