LS1 crank is out of an 02 Coupe that received an LS2 402. The LS7 crank is out of a crate motor... disassembled to have its CR lowered for forced induction...

I noticed that too. It kinda looks like there's still no Woodruff key for the harmonic balancer/pulley. I wonder if the collar on it slides up on to the keyed portion of the crank snout. Keyed is better.
