I normally see
Water: 190 - 210 depending on climate if I continue moving, in stop and go on warm days I can easily see 226 (when the fans flip on)
Oil: 10-20 above the water typically (or 210 to 235 ish)
Pressure: Fully warm, anywhere from 30-50 depending on load, higher when cold
Hope this helps. Everything varies greatly depending on climate and conditions (traffic, highway etc.)
