Does anybody know a dealer in the Austin, Texas area that specializes in corvette repair. Or a non-dealer corvette specialist?

Thanks

If your looking for a performance shop I would call A.R.T. in Buda. They have done a lot of work on mine and my brothers car and we have both been very happy with the work and the prices. The number is (512)312-2258.

Don Hewlett Chevy in Georgetown is one of the primary sponsors of the "Longhorn Corvette Club" in Austin. I haven't had any work done at Don Hewlett yet - just bought parts. But you could either give them a call (512-681-3000 or 800-681-3305) about whatever repair you're needing or contact the Longhorn Corvette club (www.longhorncorvette.com) for their recommendations. I'd be interested in knowing what you find out too, since there will come a time when I need work done that I can't complete myself.

Wow!!! You've got to be kiddin'! I went to school with his daughter while I was in Georgetown. I didn't think they were a big Vette place.

What all do you need to have done? That will probably determine where to go.

Give Corvette Country a call. That's where I bought mine and they have a shop in the back. There were quite a few there getting worked on.
