OE Wheel Distributors
OE Wheel Distributors advertise on ebay that they sell NEW highly polished C5 wheels with chrome lug nuts and center caps for less than $500.00 (without shipping or insurance). They claim they are made in the same factory in China where GM buys their wheels. This sounds really good.

As an attractive alternative, they offer a great low cost value for a set of new wheels. As you know, custom forged 3pc aftermarket wheels cost MUCH, MUCH more. So, if you are looking for a better bargain, go for it (OE Distributors). Best wishes to you.
